Planned maintenance for Wiltshire kitchens

A planned maintenance contract puts your kitchen on a schedule of visits, once a year, every six months or quarterly, so faults are found before they stop service.

Visits cover electrical safety checks, a full function test, temperatures checked and calibrated, refrigeration condensers cleaned and gas equipment tested for soundness. You get a full service report after every visit.

Who inspects food hygiene in Wiltshire?

Two councils. Swindon Borough Council’s environmental health officers inspect kitchens in Swindon, and Wiltshire Council’s inspect the rest of the county. Either may ask for evidence that your gas appliances are maintained, which is what a current CP42 gas safety certificate shows.

Do you cover Marlborough, Malmesbury and Corsham?
