We look at the space, supply the equipment, fit it and commission it in line with the manufacturer’s instructions, then take the old appliance away. New equipment can go straight onto a planned maintenance contract, so it is looked after from day one.

And because we fitted it, we already know the equipment and your kitchen if it ever needs a repair.

Buying new equipment: your questions

Do you supply new equipment as well as install it?

Yes. We supply and install all types of commercial catering and refrigeration equipment, and commission every appliance in line with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Will you take away our old equipment?

Yes. When we fit the new equipment, we can remove and dispose of the appliance it replaces.

Can new equipment go onto a maintenance contract?

Yes. Anything we install can go straight onto a planned preventative maintenance contract, so it is serviced on a regular schedule from day one.

Are you qualified to install gas and refrigeration equipment?

Yes. We are Gas Safe registered (662257) for commercial catering gas work and REFCOM F-gas certified for work on commercial refrigeration.

Do you repair brands that are not listed here?

Yes. We service and repair all types and brands of commercial catering equipment, whoever supplied it.
