Hoshizaki is the Japanese manufacturer best known for its ice machines. Its range includes cube ice machines for drinks and flake ice machines for food display, as well as refrigerated cabinets and prep counters.
An ice machine needs a water supply and a drain as well as power, and it works best with filtered water and regular cleaning. We plan all of that when we fit one.
